Last week I handed in my PhD thesis!

My PhD conferring ceremony took place last week 👩‍🎓

I am delighted that Charlie, David and I were conferred in the same ceremony. By pure chance, we managed to get a photo taken exactly where we were introduced during orientation week ten years ago!

I was able to make 3D printing filament from PLA pellets using our #rePET3D plastic recycling line.

The homemade filament was used to print this beautiful benchy boat. Very satisfied with the print quality on this! No adjustment needed from the regular PLA print settings.

I used a 0.4 mm nozzle for this model.

Here was the test model using a 0.8 mm nozzle - how cute is this guy 😍
