The brand failed to do so and this caused us a loss in depreciation during the closing of the financial year. @lexus @lexusindia_ @naveensoni2016 @vikramkirloskar hope you look into this situation to avoid any negative goodwill in the future.

However we were highly disappointed when the car was not delivered within the time mark provided by them. The car was booked by us in January and we were given a written commitment that it would be delivered to us by or before the end of March.
