ive been severely unwell for a while(long story) which has made losing weight impossible since it affected my thyroid amongst many other things but im slowly recovering so will be documenting my journey. i will be more active once weight loss is more affective-

@makiizeniin_ yeah but you can use this thing that uses a lazer thing and burns them down and heals them flat, idk the names for shit sorry but i got one, its pen shaped. theyre usually used for skin tags or moles but you can use them to flatten scars

fitness hack: instead of walking to areas around your house, do lunges. DONT WALK! ONLY LUNGE! i will be doing this from now on.

-will hopefully be back to normal and i will continue using lots of supplements to better my nervous system health and speed up my metabolism. i will also be working out more. that being said i also will post opinions/thoughts that sound brutal, if youre easily offended then you-
