@Verizon when you get a new phone on launch day of said device. Don’t lock a persons account for fraud just cause they don’t have 2 numbers associated with said account. It took me 3 hours to finally activate it. What a complete mess. Oh and your website and chat was down

@ATT i sure had high hopes of getting fiber installed but after 2 failed attemps by your techs who are afraid of some trees i was told to call the city. i dont have time to deal with that mess so guess i have to stick with this slow spectrum crap. i am really disappointed.
tech comes out says its on the pole says a ticket is put in, nothing has happend. wel call in they have no report of anything, says no open tickets. i have chatted with you guys and was told someone would call, nope nothing.
@Ask_Spectrum its a shame a company as big as you cant fix anything. i pay for gigabit internet, and i get dial up speeds. the latency is so bad i cant stream, cant play games without getting kicked offline, can barely watch youtube. its been going on for almost a month now.
@Ask_Spectrum fix your crappy ass internet, everyday this week after 5pm it has gone to shit, i pay for 1gig internet, and im barely getting 10 mbps down and up. this is so stupid!!! and before you say reboot the modem and whatever else i have already tried that...
