I recently ordered Skechers shoes from @AJIOLife on 10th April which was supposed to be delivered on 15th April but I received it on 19th that too not what I ordered and when I tried calling, no one received and the app says it cannot be exchanged for this reason. (1/2)

While I was travelling from Tbilisi to Delhi on 17th December 2023, my luggage was damaged and they didn’t had any bags in stock because of which I had to transfer my stuff into 2 small bags and next day when I was travelling again by (1/x)
