@YahYah_Gunn@British_Airways Not the tiniest bit bothered … I’m embarrassed to say I used to work for them definitely not the level of service they would always drum in or that anyone expects from them… sad
Anyone else wonder why @British_Airways are considered our nations flagship airline? This is coming from someone who worked for them and respected them. Customer service has to be THE WORST I’ve ever experienced and they are not even bothered?! We’ll I’m calling them out…
@andyb505 @British_Airways We paid the extra £1000 because we needed to be home obviously at some point and we’re told to email customer services, just got a generic response of “sorry we are experiencing a high number of complaints right now” uh huh… that’s not great by the way!!!
And… will continue to do so @British_Airways until you can at least do me the courtesy of responding to our complaint which by the way everyone isn’t petty… we had business class flights just cancelled and we’re left stranded in Venice with no other option but to book again 🤯
@andyb505 @British_Airways Just cancelled our return flights without telling us this was policy etc. could only fly back economy with no food etc and still cost us another £900 (same flight we should have been on) and business had seats available apparently their policy which is nowhere to be found
@BinTwoPadstow Do you know he came the other day and was actually complimentary 🤯 no other kind of bad with a little get away travel series of disasters … all good though we are alive and I’ve not been berated by an AI yet so you know… tomorrows another day x
