Agents made writing code fast. With massive cybersecurity breaches worldwide, safety has become the next frontier.

Just tell your agent

I've 100x'd my development speed.

Two weeks ago: 1–2 reviewed merges a day.
Yesterday: 130.

Writing code was never the bottleneck. Trusting it was. So I built a tool that checks every change against rules I write in plain English.

Started the year at @_Arrayah in Perth. Back for Chapter 5 in Sydney.

The cracked Jason Tan and I are building something to make Australia a better place for the people who make it interesting.

Thanks akshat agarwal for having us back and bringing us all together!

I'm back in Sydney for a little bit, joining @_Arrayah for the next few weeks, building robots and applying the things i've learnt in the past few years in the cybersec to the world of robotics & physical ai.

a little bit about my journey this past year:

// Nov 2025 //
first discovered hacker houses in Sydney existed.

// May 2026 //
joined the chapter 3 residency building after my 9-5 and on weekends (looking at what the future of learning should look like).

// June 2026 //
resigned from my corporate tech job and flew to sf to get a different perspective on where the future of technology is headed.

// Aug 2026 //
flew back to Sydney, started tinkering with electronics/robotics.

// Sept 2026 //
Joining the arrayah residency, this time, full time, building robots and continuing my research on what security & compliance in robotics & physcial ai should look like.

// Nov 2026 //

Following your intuition is hard, especially when your friends are all senior engineers at banks & big tech companies. Maybe it's a path i'll go back to one day, but for now I feel like i'm on a path that feels right to me 💛

Excited to join the folks at @_Arrayah to do fun things. Watch this space.

I'm officially joining @BuildMonumental 🧱 to help build brick laying robots.

This was a big decision for me. Why?
1. Two months ago I was seriously exploring starting a company with a friend and cofounder. We decided to part ways.
2. This will be my first time working a job overseas (outside of Australia).
3. Transitioning from biotech to robotics.

Monumental impressed me because:
1. They have actually built a fleet of robots.
2. They have built 100+ projects (i.e. homes, schools, canals) using their robots.
3. Strong in person culture (+ one of the coolest offices I've ever seen).
4. Strong coupling of hardware + software.
5. Strong emphasis on aesthetic physical design.

Keen to trade notes with other robotic deployment companies, who are scaling fast!

Introducing @tryLifelong.

For most of history, health was a family thing: stories, remedies, the small daily knowing of how someone is doing. But most of us live further apart now. Lifelong closes that distance.

One place for your family's health: medications, next steps in care, how everyone is tracking.

Hey #sf 👋🏻

🔻Lil intro:

> I’m a data/cybersec engineer
> 2024 grad from the university of technology Sydney (UTS) (studied data eng)
> used to build/launch rockets in my uni days
> chapter 3 resident @_Arrayah (truely believe in their philosophy of ‘you can just do things’)

🔻 My philosophy/hot takes:
> Resumes as a way to pitch yourself hasn’t changed since the 1400s
> We’re all just using AI to both customise resumes and screen candidates (often results in people just lying on their resume)
> Interviewing someone for a tech role is just as stressful as being interviewed
> Hiring is actually about who you know rather than ‘am I qualified for this’
> In 2026, upskilling in tech means subscribing to 10+ different newsletters, scrolling x, reddit and socials or creating customised skills to give updates of the state of tech which is changing everyday
> there’s a lack of support/education to support future tech roles (think quantum, cybersec (llm/ai security), etc) despite access to knowledge being easier and more accessible than ever.

🔻 Are you:
> interviewing for roles at the moment?
> hiring?
> struggling to keep up with changes in the tech world that effect you?

I’d love to grab a coffee whilst I’m in town!

Moments from last week's launch of o1 Bridge, a hardware hackathon in collaboration with @_Arrayah

At o1Lab, (a community hardware lab in Sydney), a group of ambitious builders are undertaking a week-long sprint competition to make a product you can hold in your hands 👏🏼

[Will Mulholland @willmulholland_]

Just moved into @_Arrayah, a hacker house in Bondi for founders and creators.

As part of this, I'm joining their residency program as I build my business in public. Surrounded by people trying to make a dent.

Looking forward to getting stuck in
