City fans singing “we will cheat when we want” is the future of football in 2026. A new era of football begins. Doped, super charged. Pure toxic pantomime entertainment. @premierleague has allowed this and can’t stop it. City just carry on regardless.
⚠️ Elliot Anderson: “We're all so together, more together than ever, and I think we have to stick together. And it really brings us together!”.
“It gives you that determination to come out here, everyone's against you, and turn them over...“.
Watching MOTD. The reaction of the City fans and their players is jarring. They all know what the club has done, they know what they’re a part of, and they relished it. I don’t think you can have any sympathy for them now. They’re finito when the sanctions come round.
When it’s all done, don’t act like the players weren’t a part of the cheating. They knew everything and still believed it was okay to cheat.
Take away all those medals.
🚨 Erling Haaland: “Every single person part of Man City and every single fan, this is a lovely moment which will stay with us for a long time when it comes to the feeling after the game, and in the game”.
“I am so proud of everyone”, told Sky.
I know plenty of Arsenal fans still can't stand Cherki after his antics against us.
But my word, what a player he is. That goal against Liverpool was absolute class.
Do your jobs @premierleague - you’ve found @ManCity guilty of all 115 charges, making them the biggest cheats in football history. So now announce their punishment immediately, act on it, and save this season from being an irrelevant farce.
City won six titles in seven seasons (unprecedented), won four titles in a row (unprecedented) and won 100 points in a 38 game season (unprecedented). The idea that punishing City is a blow to league competitiveness could not be more separated from reality.
In a parallel universe, Klopp leaves Liverpool with five Premier League titles and Arteta has already won three with Arsenal.
Two of the finest managers of the last decade, representing clubs steeped in history, tradition and class.
🚨 Virgil van Dijk on Man City verdict: “It's still ongoing, it's not a good idea for me to comment on this”.
“When it's properly settled I will definitely share my comments on it but for now let's wait and see”.
It’s all so dim rn. having arguments with friends (even non-city fan pseudo intellectuals arguing City talking points & how punishing City will be bad for the PL). watching the city fans defiantly defending their lying cheating club. so tiring. I thought there would somewhere
I don't have complaints about how PL handled this 115 saga, they brought the charges, did a great job proving 114 of them despite the delay tactics from City.
Not sure if it was practical but the only thing they should've done differently imo was declare the sanctions
David Ornstein: "The sanctioning process will be (done by) the same independent commission that delivered manchester city's guilt verdict"
Appeal is handled by the same people. Its useless, it will be 114/115. Nothing will change.
The PL should be Quick coz its just a waste of time, city celebarating is useless and having a table standing that is not honest. City will be expelled.
The commission will ask the 19 clubs to vote for city’s expulsion.
