Today, 1A explored the beautiful floral artwork of Bessie Downs, a Southport artist from the 1920s. Inspired by her work, they created stunning buttercup and foxglove drawings as part of our Flora and Fauna art project.

Today we learned about our local parish church and explored some of the special features you can find in Our Lady of Lourdes Church. We also designed our own beautiful stained-glass windows inspired by the symbols found in church. ⛪️🌈
