@KFC_India @kfc Pathetic service at Aerocity, Mohali outlet. Order id: 5508109000051079 received and confirmed at 11:52 am. After 1 hr of delay called at outlet and got to know that no delivery boy available. Continuously chasing for another 1 hr. Now cancelled ordr at 1:38pm.

@popeyes_india @Popeyes Without any further intimation the order automatically rejected and refund has been initiated. But no communication from the restaurant even waiting and chasing the team for 2 hrs via customer support.

Complaint No. 21984, What a bullshit service and assistance provided by Manager of CP67, Mohali. I placed a order at 2:27 pm with order no. 7 its almost 2 hrs and either the restaurant is not able to provide the order or even pick the call.
Please assist.
