पंजाब के मुख्यमंत्री ने कई जिलों में, सैकड़ों सोशल मीडिया हैंडल्स पर, ग़ैरज़मानती धाराओं में FIR करवाई है। इस FIR का इन सारे हैंडलों पर जो भी प्रभाव पड़े, परंतु यह आप याद रखिएगा कि इस कानून को हथियार बनाने में आपकी सबसे बड़ी भूमिका रही है।

यदि CJI पर किसी ने टिप्पणी की भी है, तो पंजाब सरकार का लोकस क्या है? क्या मैं पंजाब में हूँ? क्या गवई या सुप्रीम कोर्ट पंजाब में है? या केवल यह कि पंजाब सरकार के पास पंजाब पुलिस है?

इस कानून की आड़ में ब्राह्मणों और सवर्णों के नरसंहार की खुली धमकियाँ दी जा रही हैं, सुप्रीम कोर्ट परिसर से वकील सवर्णों के चमड़ी के जूते बनवाने की बात कर रहा है। और साथ ही वह अपने दलित होने की भी चर्चा करता है।

राजनैतिक विवशताओं की चक्की में यदि आपको इस तरह से पिसते लोग नहीं दिख रहे क्योंकि उनकी संख्या से आपको या आपकी पार्टी को असर नहीं पड़ता, तो एक बार बोल दीजिए।

यदि आप CJI पर बोल सकते हैं, तो सवर्णों के नरसंहार की बात पर आपकी पूरी पार्टी से कोई भी बोलने वाला क्यों नहीं? क्या सारे सवर्ण आत्मदाह कर लें या लिखना-बोलना छोड़ दें?

कितना सहज है कि एक मुल्ला यह हल्ला कर देता है कि कुरान को हिन्दुओं ने जला दिया और हजार मुल्ले यह मान लेते हैं और फिर हर हिन्दू को जलाने निकल पड़ते हैं! उन्हें अब वह हिन्दू भी नहीं चाहिए जिसने कथित तौर पर कुरान जलाई। उन्हें यह केवल सुनना था कि ऐसा हो गया, सत्यापन का इस्लाम में स्थान नहीं होता।

हौज काजी, चाँदनी चौक, के दंगे ऐसे ही कराए गए थे। एक ने हल्ला किया कि किसी मुस्लिम को हिन्दुओं ने मार डाला है। यह बात व्हाट्सएप्प पर फैला दी गई। किसी ने चेक नहीं किया कि मरने वाला कौन है, मारने वाला कौन है, कहाँ मरा, लाश कहाँ है। वो अब हिन्दुओं के घरों को आग लगाने लगे, पत्थरबाजी करने लगे और तलवार नचाने लगे।

ऐसा मुसलमान खालीपन में दंगे करना चाहता है। रमजान चल रहे हैं। कुछ मुल्लों के नाजायज बाप, औरंगजेब, की कब्र को ले कर चर्चा चल रही है कि कब्र तोड़ देना चाहिए। एक जगह वक्फ को ले कर भीड़ जुटाई जा रही है। ऐसे में मुल्लों को संदेश देना होता है कि वो अभी भी रैंडम दिन चुन कर दंगे कर सकते हैं।

नागपुर में वस्तुतः वही हुआ। न कोई साक्ष्य, न तर्क, बस प्रतीक्षा में थे कि काफिरों को मारने का अवसर मिल जाए। ऐसे मुसलमान केवल पत्थर और मशाल हाथ में लिए घूमते रहते हैं और आग लगाने के बाद कारण ढूँढ लेते हैं कि कुरान जला दी।

हम इस स्थिति में इसलिए पहुँचे हैं क्योंकि सरकारों ने इन मुल्लों को दामाद बना कर पाला है। वो हत्या करें, नरसंहार करें, आग लगाएँ या बम बनाएँ, उन्हें मुसलमान होने के कारण छूट मिलती रही है। ऐसी भीड़ों केवल उसी बात का लाभ उठा रही है।

भारत की कोई ऐसी गली सुरक्षित नहीं है जहाँ ये रहते हैं। ये एक दिन उठते हैं और किसी भी बात पर पास की कार पर तेल छिड़क कर आग लगा देते हैं। भारत भी इनके लिए सड़क पर खड़ी एक कार से अधिक कुछ भी नहीं।

As they neared Jama Masjid, a mob hurled stones, causing chaos and forcing them to abandon their bikes and flee. The mob then set fire to several bikes. Similar incidents reported in other cities.

It wasn’t a religious rally blaring provocative songs or slogans, nothing you could claim offended your sentiments or incited you. It was simply people celebrating their national team’s victory, on road, which is a public property. Isn’t it your team too? Or not?
