First, delayed flight over 3 hours and made us miss our connecting flight. We arrive to our layover and next flight isn’t until tomorrow morning AND make us wait HOURS for hotel accommodation and now they’re saying there’s no hotels available??

This is a question for people who own and have traveled with Beis check in luggage:
1. Do you own the 26 or 29 inch luggage? What are your thoughts on the luggage itself?
2. If you own the 29 inch, have you ever encountered any problem with an airline for it being “too big”?
