Meanwhile, Ukraine gets BILLIONS to rebuild their country with ZERO accountability to where it goes.

Pierre was clearly just deflecting off a dumb issue because talking about 24 Sussex is a WASTE OF TIME.

Carney wants to talk about 24 Sussex because he can stir a debate about spending money for national pride rather than the Economy, Dev Bailout or Alto Train.
