"Some of you, some of you will get get caught up in the trap of constantly learning because you're afraid to sit down with one Model. One Model follow the rules, stick to the process and let yield whatever experience is intended for you" ICT😊
Weekend Reflection 🧠
Many traders fail not because of bad strategies, but because they keep jumping models instead of mastering one.
This week the model delivered again when I trusted the process.
Question: What’s the hardest part about sticking to ONE model?

Got a birthday cake for the first time in my 28 years of existence. Didn’t expect it to make me emotional lol. I think society puts all this pressure on men to be “providers” and “man up” to perform their duties when we also just want to feel appreciated and loved too.
Shoutout to all the guys putting in the work trying to provide for their families. Y’all honestly deserve to be loved and appreciated for the hardwork you put in.
You must become the most efficient operator to become profitable in this business✅🎯
You do that by choosing👇
Less is more💎
Quality over quantity💎
Patience is truly a virtue 💎
You’re not “behind.”
You’re distracted.
Success isn’t hiding from you. It’s waiting on the version of you that’s consistent.
The gap isn’t talent. It’s discipline.
What’s really holding you back:
• Shiny object syndrome • Breaking your own rules • Chasing dopamine over data • Quitting too early
Every loss is tuition. Every delay is training.
Winners don’t have fewer setbacks; they have fewer excuses.
Simplify. Execute. Review. Repeat.
Your next level requires a tighter standard. 📈🔥
Some weeks you’re locked in. Same routine, same mindset, same read.
You’re in rhythm. Trades work. Everything feels clear.
Then one bad day hits. You hesitate. You rush. You start questioning everything.
Trading is about consistency. But that starts with your mind.
The real edge is stability. Being steady enough to see the same thing, the same way, every day, no matter what happened yesterday.
One of the questions I get asked most often is how I define my daily bias.
The simplest yet most effective way to get a sense of possible bias is by using the daily chart and observing external-to-internal moves, and vice versa.
Cash is a position.
Waiting is a strategy.
Doing nothing can be the most disciplined trade.
The market doesn’t care if you trade today.
Your account cares if you trade stupid.
