Rather than complain about racists all the time, what’s your solution to the problem?

Clearly people hate for a reason. That reason is often a pattern of bad behavior they observe in a group. So what do we do to solve it?

If we want to eradicate racism in America, why do we put all the pressure on white people to not be hateful but not pressure on the black community to stop the behavior that makes them hated (even by members of their own community)?

We need less people complaining and more black leaders resolving systemic issues that come from within -
