you cannot make sense to a person who only comprehends things at their own level of perception. no matter how much you explain, argue, or try. save your energy.
Before becoming offended by someone’s silence, remember that you may not know what season God has them in … what He may be teaching, pruning, or walking them through. Rather than taking it personally, extend grace and lift them up in prayer🙏🏽🤍
To be a person of standards, you make it clear that there's places you don't go, things you won't do, and words that can't be said to you. No exceptions.
The Bible warns us not to look back at old friendships or relationships that God has delivered us from. Lot's wife did and became stuck in time. My prayer is that when you're tempted to return to the past, the spirit reminds you there's so much more ahead of you!
The older you get, the more you realize the necessity of choosing the right friends and companions. You don’t need a big circle. You just need people who pray with you, correct you with love, hold no envy, celebrate when you win and push you to become your best self.
Not everyone is qualified to know where you live. Some friendships should end at the church, the office, the road, or the market. Not everyone deserves to enter your home. Privacy is power

This Lady on Tiktok cleaning her house said something that really stuck with me: “Take care of what God has already placed in your hands, so He knows you’re ready for what’s next. If you don’t steward what you have now, you can’t expect more.” And that hit. Wherever you are in life right now the small apartment, the job you’re still growing in, the season you didn’t plan for honor it. Be responsible with it. Be grateful for it. Growth starts with stewardship. 🫶🏾
