Here is what I would be trying to do over the next 10 days to fix the Eagles:

Offense
1⃣ Demote Kevin Patullo. The offense is predictable, stale, and can't even get calls in on time.
2⃣ Call a ton of empty - it forces defenses to declare coverage structure and pressure locations pre-snap. It opens up the QB run game. It hurts the Saquon run game, but that's in the trash heap right now anyway.
3⃣ Literally never put a 2nd TE on the field. Run 11 personnel and spread the field.
4⃣ Run Jalen Hurts 8-10 times a game. The QB run game infuses life into an offense.
5⃣ Put rules in for scramble drill and bench WRs who don't follow them or who show a lack of effort on routes.
6⃣ Don't call a zone run play that doesn't have a QB read element in it. Major in gap scheme runs.
7⃣ Throw the ball downfield. Hurts was 3-4 passing on throws of 20+ air yards and also drew a penalty flag on a 5th attempt.
8⃣ Figure out if Matt Pryor or Fred Johnson can play LG until Landon Dickerson comes back.
9⃣ Either call pass plays from pistol/UC or ditch them entirely and go back to all plays being from shotgun

Defense
This one is less concerning to me. Getting outphysicaled and embarrassed sucks, and I don't think the missing players excuse that, but I generally trust Fangio. You can hide a bad CB2 between DeJean and Q. You have to get Mukuba to stop busting so many coverages, though, and that should come with time from the rookie.

I would trade a day 3 pick for a DT. Byron Young simply shouldn't be playing snaps for this football team. I don't think an EDGE rusher really helps you unless you go after a big name.

For the most part, I think getting healthy and more reps for Mukuba will fix most of the defense.
