The lore started because of Robinhood chain getting traction, Ansem calling out people on the RH chain, and Cashcat hitting over 100 mill mc yesterday. That's what's spawned HoodRat! Even though the meme has been done before, it has more mindshare and potential now because Robinhood chain is trying to vamp users, liquidity, and mindshare from Solana. It's like Avengers Civil War! i picked it up after it originally went from 55k to 4k. i bought supply, used it to get traction, gain good faith with the community, and onboard more people into this cult. If you remember pieces of clothes like hats are very memetic on Solana. This is a rat with a hood. It also has the AAVE vernacular of someone being from the 'hood, and anyone still in this crypto space that hasn't made it yet still is in and from the hood lol. We all wanna make it out of the hood, but the Hood stays on if you're a HoodRat! It's under 24 hours old, and i’ve has decided to continue doing some airdrops, but the emphasis is on the community building the feeling of a cult with PFP changes, onboarding friends, and striking while the Robinhood motion/traction is hot. As a community, great things can happen. It can't all fall on the shoulders of one very generous person. On the Fomo app, several users have changed their PFP's to HoodRats. There have been past Hoodrats that even went to a million before, but the unique meaning of the word has more motivation and runway than it ever could have in the past. This is relevant because of Robinhood Chain spawning its first 100 million marketcap runner within days of it opening. The stakes are high and many are bridging over. The true blue Solana chads/degens that refuse to go there are standing their ground and building the cult of the HoodRat onchain with other hoodrats. This is especially true on the Fomo app since you can't buy Robhinhood tokens yet, so it lets people on the app get some mindshare in the Robinhood meta without having to leave Solana or even support RH. It's a very cheeky way to have fun with the recent events as of late, and for anyone paying attention they will understand it both under the context of the current events and also as the funny slang term it has always been.
