@uselessjoshh @FROSTBlTING I’m the same, but I’m also hearing this a lot too! I went on live chat earlier and asked why the Etbs aren’t showing. I was told the system is still reauthorising your orders to check your payment method is still valid, and you just have to wait etc

@rosemar19800605 Yes lovely! Send me a message and I’ll send you their details. I emailed them with my tracking number explaining how long it’s been etc and they replied back to me using the evri support email. They’ve apologised and raised it with depot to investigate. Waiting for more info now

My #EVRI parcel has now been delayed for nearly two weeks with No updated tracking 🙃 The only online ‘help’ you get is Holly’ their useless bot. So I emailed Evri’s CEO and I’m finally speaking to a human who are now investigating this with the depot. Highly recommend!
