I promised you this. Here it is.

1. What is actually happening here — and why now
The biggest tech companies on earth — OpenAI, Google, Meta, Anthropic, Microsoft — are in a race to build the most powerful AI in history.
But AI cannot teach itself.
It needs humans to label images. Rate responses. Write prompts. Tell it when it's wrong. Teach it logic, language, nuance, and culture.
That work is called Data Annotation and AI Training. And right now, the demand for it is so high that companies are paying complete beginners $12–$50/hr, and paying experts in medicine, law, coding, or mathematics up to $100/hr, just to sit at a laptop and do it.
The global AI Data Annotation market is currently valued at over $12.4 billion in 2026 and is projected to exceed $19 billion by 2030. Right now, North America and Asia Pacific hold the bulk of the market share, but Africa is an emerging frontier.
African languages (like Yoruba, Hausa, Igbo) and regional contextual data are incredibly scarce globally, which means tech companies are desperate for this demographic data and will pay a premium for it. The hiring is happening now. Not next year. Now.
I actually won 🥹🎉
First time I played, my speed betrayed me so I tried my best to be quicker this time and it worked out👏.
I am also currently topping this week's leaderboard😊
Thank you to @whodeyonline for this opportunity.

Day 3 of #30dayswithtechyjaunt
Today I focused on the 5 key elements of PM and using my study plan for this challenge, I can define them as: Scope is what I’m studying, Timeline is 30 days, Budget is time & internet,Stakeholder is me, and the Deliverable is improved PM knowledge.
Day 2 of #30dayswithtechyJaunt
Today I learnt about The Project Life Cycle and it's 5 clear stages which I am applying to this challenge:
✨ Initiation – define the goal
📝 Planning – create the roadmap
🚀 Execution – do the work
🔍 Monitoring – track progress
✅ Closing – review
Day 1 of #30dayswithTechyjaunt
When you think about it, our daily lives are already projects. We plan, organize, and aim for results. Now I want to take those skills and make them professional. This planner is my roadmap. I won’t get every day perfect, but I’ll give it my best.
I will be participating in the consistency challenge to learn Project management from scratch. I have put this off for a while and I think this is a great opportunity to start🔥😊
