On almost every cleanup when we look closely at some areas of the coastline, there are microplastics everywhere. Pieces of large plastics that break apart over time, which are eaten by marine animals and become part of the ecosystem. Is this the coastline we want?

A rainy day during the cleanup, but sunshine in our hearts! ☀️🌧️

We’re happy to have removed 82 kilos of plastic that will no longer remain and risk harming marine wildlife. We cleaned in Norra Grundsund/Rågårdsdalsbukten and collected 5 bags. Hurray!

A mighty boat cleanup at Yttre Huö! We got to remove 80 kilos of trash away from this place - which added up to 8 bags and a box on the side.

We also got to try out our warm new clothes for the first time as well, meant for safety and to keep warm during winter boat cleanups!

Råssö nature reserve has been cleaned! A big success for the local marine life.

While it seems straight forward, sometimes it’s no easy trash collecting trash on the coastline. It can be quite fun looking for solutions, but this one was quite the challenge. 🤔
