An idea from Atomic Habits:

When you fall in love with the process rather than the product, you don’t have to wait to give yourself permission to be happy. You can be satisfied anytime your system is running.

@Genkevia I been on a fitness journey since 2016 when Ms Tanya told me I was getting big and asked me why I don’t work out with the team 😂😂😂

[Chandler Merkerson @_CoachChan]

@Arl1263187 Zero points made.

1993? 😂 What are we talking about?

[Chandler Merkerson @_CoachChan]

Any player that is in contention for both MVP and DPOY is the MVP.

How can you be the leagues leading scorer and best defender and not the most valuable? Make it make sense.

[Chandler Merkerson @_CoachChan]

@Arl1263187 The other players that are in contention for MVP aren’t even being discussed defensively. For sure not in the convo for DPOY. Not a single one.

[Chandler Merkerson @_CoachChan]

@KENN15H Delete this. ASAP.

[infinite fruit punch @CheatCodeVantes]

I’d also add that the other top defenders (Gabby, Kira, etc.) aren’t on A’ja’s level offensively.

And the other top scorers (Liv, Kelsey, etc.) aren’t as impactful as A’ja defensively.

[Chandler Merkerson @_CoachChan]

@naemaj11 Name 5 defenders that are more versatile….

[Chandler Merkerson @_CoachChan]

@CheatCodeVantes Absolutely!!
