🚨🚨 THIS IS A PROMISE 🚨🚨

HB 731 and SB 538 BOTH passed UNANIMOUSLY yesterday in their committees and moved forward. Bipartisan. Zero opposition. This is happening in real time.

And FACTUALLY, some Superintendents and districts are already drafting policy because they EXPECT this to become law. That is real leadership 👏

Unfortunately, we have been told some Superintendents are already saying that even if the law allows booster clubs and community partners to help supplement coach pay, they will still refuse to allow it in their districts. That is hiding behind power, not leading with it 👎

📢 LET US BE CRYSTAL CLEAR 📢

You will lose your coaches.
You will lose your programs.
You will lose your credibility.

No coach is going to stay in a county that blocks opportunity when they can drive 30 minutes to a district that respects them and pays them.

The fallout will be felt on every sideline and in every classroom 💯

We are not telling coaches to leave... BUT...

Your communities WILL speak up.
Your coaches WILL speak up.
And WE WILL speak up louder than anyone.

Superintendents work for School Boards.

School Boards work for the people.

When the community is ready to lift up its coaches and you choose to hold them down, you will be called out 🗣️

Publicly. Loudly. Relentlessly.

Florida coaches have been underpaid and undervalued for over 50 years.

That era is over.

This is accountability.
This is advocacy.
This is change.

The cameras are on and history is taking notes 🍿
