If you aspire to be a Head Coach, find a head coach that is willing to build you and put those responsibilities on your plate!
Pressure is a blessing! Keep your nose on the grindstone! 🏈💯🔥
Gods got the timing, you got the work ethic!
If you are impacting young men's lives in a positive way. Teaching them good morals and to be hard working upstanding men for the future. You ARE a good coach. Wins and losses aside, you are doing what you are called to do. Winning is a byproduct of building young men.
You don’t “turn it on” at 7PM under the lights.
You turn it on at:
– 6AM lifts
– Class on time
– Extra indy after practice
– Film when nobody’s watching
Game day just exposes what you built Monday–Thursday
Hiring coaches because of who they know over what they know is killing coaching. Some great coaches will never get a shot because their last name doesn't get them recognition. Not saying some of these coaches aren't good, just saying there might be better overlooked options. 🤷♂️

First off I would like to thank God for the opportunity to play at the next level, Secondly I would like to thank the previous and current staff at Mississippi College for believing and trusting in me, It has been an honor. With that being said I will be entering the transfer portal with 2 years of eligibility remaining.
