Dan Labbe just said something that I always suspected. He said Monken told reporters that Shedeur needs to process faster (and needs to get rid of the ball faster).
The only thing holding Shedeur back from being good/great in the NFL is his slow processing.

#Browns Todd Monken, fighting through a lost voice, says the key for Shedeur Sanders is to “process quicker, get the ball out of his hands and eliminate lost-yardage plays.” The playmaking ability is there and he’s been more decisive.
"I like the expectations he has for us. He gives you no choice but to be great, or get out the way."

Ravens QB Lamar Jackson said it’s awesome that Myles Garrett is no longer in the AFC North.
"Yes! I don’t gotta see him, but then we got the other guy from the Rams."
- Jared Verse?
"Yeah, he good too!"
"Our skill position groups are light years ahead of where it's been probably since we had Odell and Jarvis [and Chubb]." - Nathan Zegura
Love hearing this.
They have been pushing this Watson “is in the lead” narrative for a while now, as people that aren’t biased can see. Now the winds are shifting towards Shedeur.
My theory: Watson still stinks and the plan is falling apart, while Shedeur is showing growth.
