The first RWA Yield Pool on the OMG Platform officially launched & welcomed an exclusive group of select alpha test users on September 8th, 2025.

About the Alpha Test #1 RWA Pool:
One of OMG’s first flagship RWA pools, designed to deploy funds into a fully licensed commodity trading fund to generate sustainable yield.

This pool strikes an optimal balance between stability and high-yield potential, showcasing the real value of the RWA sector.

Goals:
- Stress-test OMG’s infrastructure - backend, frontend, and security;
- Introduce users to the USDC > omgUSD swap and pool investment mechanisms;
- Demonstrate OMG’s real yield capabilities;
- Gather key user feedback to improve OMG Platform for the larger upcoming Alpha Test #2;
- Build trust, results, and community momentum.

- Pool cap filled and oversubscribed;
- Users earned an impressive 3.5% yield in just 3 weeks, exceeding the initial 2.5% (30% APY) target, projecting an annualized yield of ~56% APY;
