Just in time for Easter, the team @zsllondonzoo have helped a rare Rupell’s Griffon Vulture to hatch.

They are the world’s highest-flying birds, reaching > 10km (same as most ✈️).

They’re also important to the ecosystem - by feeding on carcasses, they help control disease
