Things I’ve learned about Amorim’s training:

1. If you lose the ball, everyone runs back to defend. It’s going to be tough for lazy players.

2. He’s highly focused on Mount and Kobbie Mainoo.

Blind Spot Striker Movement🎥

Key Points:
▶️If ST & passer are positioned on same vertical line, ST moves to defs blind spot
▶️Passer must have time & space to threaten behind def
▶️As passer is about to receive, ST sprints outwards to create passing line without looking at ball

Key Points:
▶️Winger drives into half space to force back line to drop and mark ST
▶️Winger uses in-box cross to cut ball back
▶️AM arrives late into the ‘golden spot’ between 18yrd line and pen spot
