@HeathrowAirport immigration service desks were purposely disconnected. Terrible communication. A staff member that works there even pointed out the racism that takes place at the board patrol. It’s disgusting and I have already taken legal action.

@HeathrowAirport and I will be suing the three staff members involved. This was unjust and no prod was asked. Not only will I make sure this goes public but I will make sure this will not happen again. They kept my sister there for over 8 hours locked in a room.

@HeathrowAirport the worst experience I’ve ever gone through last night at Heathrow Terminal 2 arrivals. My sister was denied entry for no reason and no reason was given. She met all requirements and this was definitely a racist situation. I will be suing the department ….
