@CryptoD4wg Depends. If there are a large number of tokens held on the exchange by the token creator, then they aren't in public hands so therefore not in circulation. In the case of $DIG this is completely by design so that they can dump without anyone knowing.

@RonnieMoas blocks any who ask about his price target track record, so here it is. Wildly inaccurate, all date stamped. His one correct call was a few days in April after which he said it was "manipulated down". In fact Troy was dumping on LiveCoin.
