The pick up boy who came to collect my product i.e Boat Airdopes changed my original product with some other earphones & delivered wrong product to the company. Pick up-Gzb & the delivery agent from RDC Gzb. I'll move to consumer court soon.

One of the staff member - Ms. Rekha at the ticket counter of Ghaziabad Junction- vijay nagar side, refused to make MST(monthly season ticket), dated: 03 -10-23, time- 08:10 am.
Please look into the matter.

Utterly disappointed by the behaviour.
I sent my airdopes for repair to the service centre. They showed me that I have sent them the wrong product that I dont even own.
U didn't even tried to reach out to the delivery person who brought them to you.
