Extremely disappointed with Jio Fiber service. Red light issue since morning. Complaint raised on 30th June, but technician visit scheduled for 4th July! 4 days without internet is unacceptable for my online work. resolve the issue urgently! @JioCare
@JioCare Initially we were given a slot, and the technician didn't come in the slot, we called the customer service and later it was scheduled after 4 days....for the only Internet service we have to wait for an intolerable time period, it is urgent
