Our first zoom sessions are now available to book through our website. This Sunday 2-3pm & 4-5pm 🙌🏽

Bar confidence zoom session

We’ll include:
* Basic bar drills
* Turning with confidence
* Facing your fears on bars
* How we both deal with nerves before bars in competition.
