Wow just wow!! @FinishLine I placed an order for 2 pair of shoes and only received 1. The order was completely fulfilled as if I received both. This is my 3rd time calling since Thursday when l received only one pair out of the two I brought and I still don’t have my 2nd pair!!!
@Target The customer service was awful at the Waldorf, MD location!!! No one offered any solutions or even tried to correct the error! The team lead Chris didn’t do much, he walked off to assist someone calling on his walkie. Is this how customers are being treated?!?
@Target I am very disappointed with the Waldorf, MD location. I placed an order online, my order was cancelled starting that that the product was out of stock. I walked in the store went to the electronics section and found the headphones from my order. Horrible experience!
