@UnkleAyo The bearded man from Lagos, Ikorodu, hasn't pitched up in heaven. He climbs into a state of despair on his own. He still haven't gotten his crowning moment, and of course he is alone. SALAKO @UnkleAyo has shaken hands with bachelor's life until when, we don't know.
@Big_Mck It is very simple, if we all want to live well and do better we should first come out and fight for the country. Bolt is here to do business and not to pity anybody.
They took want to make their profit. So as we Nigerians if we want to make our profit we should first make the county work again.
Bolt no go come follow you fight for better governmental system. They're here for business and that is what they're doing.
Then let us all come out and defend our vote
Let us all come out and make our country work and better again.
We've been complaining for one thing over and over without any change. Yes #bolt are in business, they don't have to pity you just cos you make less or no profit.
Last year, one Sunday morning, I drove for Bolt to see how it works. I had registered months earlier when fuel was around ₦800.
I worked from 8 AM to 9 PM and made about ₦75,000 (roughly $50). I spent ₦50,000 on fuel, ₦11,000 on Bolt’s commission, and ₦4,000 on lunch at Chicken Republic. After some offline trips, I went home with less than ₦10,000 profit—almost nothing.
That day made me question many things in this country more deeply. I respect Bolt drivers and wonder how they survive. What if their car breaks down? Where will they find repair money?
Since then, when people criticise drivers for requesting offline trips or negotiating higher fares, I stay out of it. Most will never understand the reality. Why has Bolt refused to increase prices for them?
When people discussed Uber leaving Nigeria, I didn’t join. Drivers had stopped using Uber long ago because its commission was higher than Bolt’s and Indrive’s.
A better Nigeria will not be built by silence alone. It will require courage, unity, organisation, peaceful action and an unwavering commitment to justice.
God bless the people of Nigeria. God bless our beloved country.
Nigeria must work for Nigerians. 🇳🇬🇳🇬
To the young Nigerian who feels hopeless, your future matters.
To the mother who struggles to feed her children, your suffering matters.
To the father who works tirelessly but still cannot provide enough, your dignity matters.
To the student who fears graduating into unemployment
Let us stand together not to destroy Nigeria, but to demand the Nigeria we deserve.
Let us take back our voice. Let us defend our rights. Let us demand accountability. Let us make our leaders understand that the people are watching.
Let us organise. Let us speak. Let us demand answers. Let us stand together in peaceful demonstrations and lawful civic action. Let us defend one another's rights, reject violence and insist that our leaders listen.
@Toonto89@Yungkhayo@yabaleftonline Was his tune harsh? Or you're looking for means to get views? If he's a police officer like he claimed to be what's hard for him to provide an ID card? Please let us all use our senses in these hard times
