There are 2 major astrological shifts happening today, and both will influence the next several months:
✨Jupiter trines Saturn, one of the strongest transits of 2026 for taking a big goal seriously and building something that can last.
✨ Venus enters her pre-retrograde shadow. The love, money, self-worth & relationship themes appearing now may return with much more to reveal when Venus retrogrades through Scorpio and Libra.
Today could be the beginning of something you won’t fully understand until later this fall. Pay attention. 👏🏽
If we date, don’t stop being you. Keep having fun, keep seeing your friends, keep chasing your goals, and keep enjoying your life. A relationship should add to your life, not take away from it. Just make sure you save time for us too.
Saw someone pose the question, “When will White Women be held accountable for raising Mass Shooters, the way Black Women are blamed for raising ‘Thugs???
They shooting the messenger, but she ain’t wrong. Dating and sex were heavily demonized in a lot of our homes. We were told to stay away from boys and focus on school. The problem is that relationships are a skill set too and many Black women were prepared for careers but left to figure out dating, boundaries, and healthy partnership on our own.
I see a lot of people discussing how they can’t express their feelings to their mum because their mum gets super defensive, victimises herself and just sees it as an attack. So they can’t really heal their trauma, because the person that inflicted it (their mother) is never ready or willing to hear it. But then, I see the same behaviours in them. Unwilling to have hard and heavy convos. Defensive. Victims. Unable to apologise. Use explosive emotions to deflect. Weaponising silent treatment. And you realise it’s all learned behaviour. And so many people are struggling to stop the cycle and are unwilling to be that generational change.
No Mike…Obama getting elected didn’t create racism or division. It exposed how much racism was already here. A Black man becoming president made a lot of white people uncomfortable because it challenged the idea of who they believed should hold power in this country.
Instead of addressing racism, white people blamed Obama for the reaction racist people had to his success. He’s not responsible for the hate. Racists are. The division came from white people refusing to accept equality, progress, and the fact that America was changing.
White men like to believe black excellence begins and ends with athleticism. Seeing a black man outperform them academically short-circuits the racial confidence they built on being intellectually superior.
