I initially took down all my fanart to respect Yufka’s initial wishes to not any more 1930 fanart. I wasn’t going to ever post them again, however after reading her final note, I have changed my mind. I will not respect her family’s wishes, but Yufka’s.

My biggest fear is that even after my death, my family would take control of everything and disrespect or betray my final wishes. That they would choose religion over me. That they would forgive the culprit instead of the one who suffered.

I have been a big fan of Yufka’s art since 2024 when she first posted this.
I hope wherever she is, she finds peace. My thoughts and prayer go out to her family.
