@opodo Our flights were cancelled almost a year ago (26th of September 2021) and your app still shows me that you're "processing the request". It hasn't even been sent to the airline yet. Is this normal???

@Ryanair On 4/12 I got a note from cust service saying my compensation of €250 has been approved. How long does it take to arrive? I was also instructed to fill in details at https://t.co/xceRj4VW9O for extra compensation I requested but it wont accept my flight res no
