I deleted my Kelly Clarkson posts bc I think they were too sarcastic.

Let me say what I really wanted to say more clearly:

Instead of blasting a small business to millions of people over a perceived slight from one employee, Kelly should have simply gone to the manager/owner.

She should’ve explained that she feels she was treated as “less than” & explained that she will now take her business elsewhere.

That would have cut very deep for a small business, and it would have been enough punishment – especially considering the fact that she may simply be wrong about the employee’s intent.

Instead, she took quite a small incident to the Internet, and the business might not recover.

Given the power differential, that hardly seems fair – especially over a robotic bird that she still could have bought if she wanted it (in one way or another), even if she didn’t think she was treated respectfully enough.

What happened to those kids & also how she kept telling everyone her fears of harming & her husband just left her w/ them. She begged for everyone help. That’s what makes it so tragic
