@TeenClassics@TeamStubHub I did! They dm’ed me yesterday and today, basically “rest assured we are actively working with your seller, be patient, they have until 3 hours before the game to deliver”-of course so far this is empty promises, but maybe action in the right direction?

Per your FanProtect Guarantee, the policy explicitly promises "provide you with comparable or better replacement tickets at no additional cost" if an issue arises. There are currently 99 active listings available on your site right now of 2 tickets together or more for this event. I do not want a refund. Please escalate this to a supervisor who can authorize a marketplace fulfillment transfer immediately so we can attend the event @ScottFriedman3
Thank you to all the people who have liked, reposted, and brought positivity to this situation. Stubhub called me about an hour ago and said "I spoke to the seller a moment ago. They said that they are able to transfer those tickets. They purchased them from another seller and are waiting to receive those. They've confirmed with me that they will receive tomorrow morning and send those over to you." TBH still feels like I'm getting the run around and I know there's still a long way to go, but am so grateful for everyone's support and for moving the needle. Almost 300 thousand views on my original post-let's keep pushing @TeamStubHub to do right by their customers! @ScottFriedman3
