I've stepped away from tweeting for the past few months to focus on spending time with my newborn.
But I'm still alive, so don't be a stranger and please reach out if you need anything!
@OakDraiocht@TheProjectUnity I was just at Serpent Mound two weeks ago. Incredible site, and the awe-inspiring sense of natural harmony there is unmistakable. Like many sacred sites, it's located amidst a confluence of waterways, including an underground spring that feeds a nearby artesian well.
@OakDraiocht@NukePixelXIII@GrantCameron Intentionally turning one's own clothes inside-out is said to be a way of preventing or breaking the enchantments of pixies in particular. Some say pixies wear their own clothing inside out.
I'm not familiar with stories of them turning a human's clothing inside-out though.
A Simple Method to Make Contact With the Phenomenon at Mound Sites—Part 1
Here is the first installment of a few recommendations I have. And it's a pretty simple—but very effective—starting point to making contact.

The disk of death, was discovered in 1963 at the foot of the Pyramid of the Sun, in Teotihuacan during an extensive excavation on the main avenue opposite it. In the course of this work, a diversity of tunnels linked to large monuments that emulated the underworld were discovered.

@OakDraiocht@OMApproach He says the being was pale white, had a wide, ridged nose, and that the being hissed at him.
Turns out this was a subsequent sleep paralysis episode, this one being male.
@OakDraiocht@OMApproach "It had what looked like small pointed and well-manicured sharks teeth in its mouth. It appeared to be wearing something on its head that was ridged and metallic. Later, I saw drawings of the beings at Holloman Air Force Base and realized this is what that face looked like."
@OakDraiocht@OMApproach In Initiated, Matt refers to this image of the Holloman beings as similar to the appearance of the female being he encountered during a sleep paralysis episode.
@ObserveByProxy7 The nationalities a family associates with often deviate from the reality of their genetic makeup. This is just another reason why ethnicity-based ultra-nationalism and ethnic conflicts are both so foolish.
Artist's depiction of the use of the 50-acre Octagon at the Newark, Ohio Earthworks. The octagon charted the moon's movements over its 18.61 year cycle to, in part, predict eclipses. The shaman on the center holds a "mushroom wand" and is dressed as a bear. Those items were found at the site. The site is currently used as a golf course.
@keepingpeace22 Great thread! In this case, Natural Law would be synonymous with the Hermetic Principles, correct? Or is there a delineation between them?
Their spiritual ideas and ritualistic practices, and their perceived purpose of life are not what we have been led to believe. When I came to that realization, it changed my outlook entirely. I understand that "different lens."
The 2 ancient mounds on the campus of Louisiana State University. They are now the oldest known mounds in the Americas and were built 11,000 years ago according to 2022 archaeology reports. Until these were dated, the oldest were in Bolivia dating to 10,400 years ago. (Wiki commons photo: Spatms)
@KanekoaTheGreat I'm concerned about this too, but I'm not sure your Ohio River Valley graphic is correct. Most of that region is tributaries flowing into the Ohio, not out of it. Not sure how it could get to Northern Indiana...
@DrGregLittle2@TartariaLives@EricMutDavis There are probably more than a few neighborhoods in Ohio that were built on bulldozed burial mounds.
