Update on our Honduras VFR chart project: We've completed the grid Maximum Elevation Figures (MEF) based on the old chart.
Next, we’ll verify the values and go further by reviewing each MEF using QGIS with DTM and obstacle data for accuracy.

I really want to implement a workflow manager / business rules engine so that I can map tasks either manual/automatic but everything I have seen is for software development or arcgis workflow manager
