Took a day off work after booking a 10am tyre fitting through @blackcircles. Just been called by the fitters, half an hour before the appointment, saying they haven’t delivered the tyres. Wonderful. 😞

Fobbed off yet again by the @DVLAgovuk. I’m at my wits end trying to deal with them. They are one of the worst agencies to deal with. Not one member of staff there seems to have any capability whatsoever. Now having to get my local MP involved.
