what most people call “psychology problems” are actually problems with their trading system

let me explain ..

you feel anxious, you revenge trade, and you always feel confused and overwhelmed

because

> you don’t fully trust or understand your setup
> you haven’t clearly defined what qualifies as A+
> your process leaves too much room for discretion and guesswork

these a symptoms of an unclear process.

go back and look at your system.

are your rules clear? do you know exactly what to do before taking a trade? do you have a sense of clarity when you look at your charts??

these are the questions you ask yourself

because when important decisions are left to you in the heat of the moment, emotions will naturally get involved ..

build a clearer process

define your rules

& test them.

done let anyone deceive you

a good system will automatically improve your psychology, because you’re no longer losing most of your trades

and a bad system won’t take you anywhere, even if you’re consistent and disciplined

because you can consistently do the wrong thing, and make zero progress.
