@LucindasIreland Ask to talk to the visitor coordinator...all hospitals have one. Find out day and time for their ward. It's not long probably about 30.mins, but it makes a difference to them for sure. We got in a few extra times to fix mams phone, charge her hearing aid etc. DO ASK!
