But I still think it's the wrong decision - Max has been excellent. One mistake is however many games is not a reason to change.

@JPMillwall2 Not sure we can upgrade on Crama at RB. If there is a young RB we can sign like Sturge than yes. We need another striker in addition to keeping Langstaff IMO. Don't think we need a GK tbf or a LW, we have Ballo, Emakhu and Doughty as options.

@RaatjeFC Scored plenty from corners. Little chipped/inside curler to the player just in front of the GK. Got to start the cross a bit further out so it just curls into him before it reaches the GK. Get it wrong and GK catches it, get it right and often a free header from 6 yards

@philclarke0170 Had RBW broke through when we bought both of them? Regardless shift to 4 2 3 1 & we will use two of them, one as the 10 & one as a RM who drifts in and I think that could make us much more dangerous (Coburn & Ivanovic haven't been offering much threat). Cundle and RBW for me.

@philclarke0170 Both valid points. It's an issue much better teams than us have struggled with, transitioning from in possession positioning to out of possession positioning.

I think the missing players are forcing us to go long more and that's compounded the problems and making us even worse.

@philclarke0170 Big problem is we're not keeping the ball well enough to get players into those optimal positions to create dangerous chances. Having Billy and CDN back in the midfield and the Crama out on the right would improve things immediately.

@philclarke0170 That's a seperate debate (although I agree it's not working well at the moment). Just frustrating that people keep saying "Neghli isn't a winger" and "we need to play a 10" because 1 he's not meant to be and 2 we do in possession. He played on the right drifting in for Rotterdam.
