@SamsungUS how do I replace a new phone that I just got a few days ago that is defective? The microphone cuts in and out and the headphone Jack doesn't want to work. I've tried multiple sets of headphones and they still don't work correctly. They sound bad and I'm disappointed.

@XboxSupport It won't even allow me to add my account back. I click add new and it gives me a spinning wheel and then disappears like i didn't even click it
