This weekend our Board of Directors met in Virginia for our final board meeting of 2022. The Board has worked incredibly hard this year to help modernize and streamline GlobalWIN’s governing structure, and we can’t thank them enough for giving us their time and talent.

Recent data continues to indicate that men still outnumber women 3:1 in STEM fields, and although the call to recruit more women and girls in STEM has been heard for many years now, it is clear more steps are needed to make a significant difference!
