@Thor567560@PopCulture2000s What’s the problem?
If Madonna (or anyone else her age) wants to look 20, that’s her choice and nobody else’s. It doesn’t affect anyone. Also, she’s breaking the stereotype that because of her age she’s supposed to look or act like a “granny”. The problem is yours, not hers.
@prince_david@ADHDForReal One of the best tips my specialist gave me was: “Write everything down by hand, even the most basic things. Over time, those habits become automatic, and you won’t need a checklist anymore to remember whether you locked your front door or not.” 🤣🤣
@prince_david@ADHDForReal Talk to an ADHD specialist, neurologist, or psychiatrist. They can help you figure out the best medication for you if you really need it to manage your ADHD, while also taking your bipolar disorder into account. ☺️
@prince_david@ADHDForReal Another helpful trick is making handwritten checklists, even for basic daily tasks. Writing them out by hand helps your brain internalize them before you even start checking things off.
@prince_david@ADHDForReal That’s a great tool. For some people with ADHD, writing things down in a notebook—tasks, reminders, ideas, anything we need to remember—can really help. Just the act of writing seems to make our brains process and retain the information differently —>
@prince_david@ADHDForReal I’ve tried several meds:Concerta,Adderall, Dexedrine,etc,but none of them worked well for me.Then an ADHDspecialist put me on Vyvanse70mg.I've been taking it for 4 years,I sleep fine at night and it's been a game changer. Much smoother and more stable, especially for severe ADHD.
@PAHoyeck@FriedrichHayek Larry Wright's major contribution was to the philosophy of biology. He argued that understanding a function isn't just about what something does, but why it exists. His work helped distinguish an organ's true function from its accidental effects.
@prince_david@ADHDForReal that help you function better and figure out what works best for you.For some people, like me, medication can also help. ADHD affects everyone differently, and for some of us it's more severe than for others. Without medication, ADHD can make everyday life a lot harder to manage.
@prince_david@ADHDForReal I think the first step is accepting and understanding that your brain just works a little differently. Then, figure out what type of ADHD you have and do some research on it. The more you learn about how your brain works, the easier it becomes to find tools and strategies..—>
