Let's hope for a deal being made behind the scenes folks. NAKs got one hell of a smack coming to the EPA in oral arguments so I can't imagine any other reason for them to be unopposed to postponing that beatdown unless something is arranged before the 13th
@MarcMilette The pieces are definitely in play for a possible settlement. We all know the EPA losing this case would be quite damaging to their reputation and power. If NAK didn't oppose, i can't imagine it's just another delay. Let's hope for news tomorrow after 4pm
@bob_j3294 I feel the same since having their veto being ruled as Arbitrary and Capricious would do a lot of damage to the EPA. So either they actually think they'll win, or they drag out the timer until the last second and settle before ruling
@hiawabop66 Just a small drop on low volume. We're hanging in the wind waiting for a response from Gleason, so it seems we're mostly following the rest of the market I guess🤷♂️
@TKSconservative It's what gave me hope during the last big crash. When we crashed on the failed settlement discussions, we lost a whole bunch of institutions in there. The last crash on the other hand, we went up in institutions and it was fud for nothing!
214 institutions. Out if all the times I remember check this, I believe this is the all time high of institutions invested into NAK I've ever seen. Granted the % of shares geld by then is barely moving, it's nice to see new curious players in the game
@Workplay9 I remember looking into this not long ago, but even under the new WOTUS don't the north and south fork of the Koktuli River still fall in the definition? I know the new definition changes the amount of jurisdictional waters for the EPA but I think these still fall under it
